Not all watch restorations are the same!

WBAW? is a vintage wristwatch specialist. Unlike many sellers of vintage or pre-owned watches, WBAW? does not sell watches in "as is" condition, with scratched crystals, worn or damaged cases, corroded hands, mismatched or worn winding crowns, or cheaply restored dials. And we don’t offer watches for sale in just “running” condition!

Our vintage watches are restored to the highest level attainable. So it is not “by chance:” that our vintage watches look so good! We exercise great care in the aesthetics as well as the mechanics of the restoration process, starting of course with selecting only those watches that are worthy of our demanding standards. Movements are serviced by one of our staff of expert watchmakers. Careful attention is paid to the proper selection and fit of the crystal (glass rather than acrylic, whenever possible), in the condition and selection if replacement hands are needed, in the beauty of the dial, in the condition and fit of the winding crown, of the detailing and finish of the case, and finally in the selection of the quality strap and buckle. You can be always be assured of receiving a beautiful watch you will be proud to own or to give as a long treasured gift.

Vintage watches are sold with a 12 month limited warranty of accurate timekeeping. Vintage watches are not water resistant or shockproof.

	Damage to internal or external parts related to abuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty. Yes, WBAW? does provide service on your vintage timepieces as may be needed in the future.
Modern Watch Warranty Buying pre-owned watches from WBAW? represents good value. Fine Swiss watches are built to last more than a lifetime. Our Modern pre-owned watches carry a 1 year warranty from WBAW? for accurate timekeeping. Modern pre-owned watches from WBAW? will be in the finest condition possible. Cases and bracelets are detailed or refinished, chipped or scratched crystals replaced, gaskets checked or replaced, and movements serviced as needed by one of our expert watchmakers.
