So called transitional model with more recent quik set movement, but retaining the earlier style matte black dial with nicely patina'd luminous indexes. Current example is a beautiful orignal matte black dial with warm ivory color matching luminous dots and hands. Rotating 24 hour red and blue so called Pepsi bezel. Very clean and pleasing example, fitted with your choice of available color NATO style strap. A great vintage look.
