Elgin 18 Size 14K YG Box Hinge Doctor's pocketwatch circa 1915. Fabulous condition heavy box hinge case free of any engravings on either side of the case. Heavy fancy bow with ornamentation. Gilt 15 jewel sqweep seconds movement. This is a large and magnificent condition fine American pocketwatch intended for a physician to carry and use at a time when he was making house calls by horse drawn carriage or early automobile!
