Patek Philippe 18K YG ref #2484 31 x 34 medium sized case with stepped bezel and lugs. Original matte silver dial with gold applied indexes and signed Patek and Black, Starr & Gorham. Patek calibre 10-200 18 jewel manual wind movement with subsidiary seconds. Very clean double name model circa 1950's.
